Positions will be fully and permanently remote (must be based in the US). Position Summary Reporting directly to the Principal and Head of Qualitative Research, this position will support senior team members in delivering high-quality insights from qualitative research projects to our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Pharmaceutical & biotech companies utilize market research to help guide business decisions.   Job Description: The Engagement Manager will work with data analytics at a prestigious Pharma clients.  The Engagement Manager should be well versed with data analytical tools and be able to coordinate with the internal analytic Team to get the heavy-duty analytics done.  Ideal candidate is familiar with full-time SAS and should know how to use these tools to address quick requests from clients.  They will have a proper understanding of Rx, APLD and other sources of data that any pharma client would be using. The role is one of engaging the clients and understanding their business questions, converting those questions to meaningful analysis plans and request the home office team to produce those analysis.  Once the analysts deliver the output, the person in this position will be explaining those outputs to the client team and seek feedback.  They are an onsite manager for companies’ deliverables and will make sure the client understands deliverables and explain those as needed.  They will be working with data analytics team within our client companies, but all final outputs are related to sales, marketing or managed care teams. Qualifications:
